DUTIES OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE LIBRARY FACULTY ASSEMBLY

The Executive Committee of the Library Faculty Assembly shall:

II. E.1. Develop the agenda for the LFA meetings.

II. E.2. Call additional meetings of the Library Faculty Assembly, as needed.

II. E.3. Select and/or discharge appointed members of the Administrative Affairs Committee and the Faculty Affairs Committee. Both such actions shall be confirmed by the Library Faculty Assembly.

II. E.4. Select and/or discharge members of special committees when delegated by the Assembly.

II. E.5. Count and record ballots for legislative proposals and vetoes.

II. E.6. Receive written decisions of the Grievance Committee, review the Grievance Committee proceedings, take action on all appeals, and report its decisions on appeals in writing to the Dean of Library Services and the Grievance Committee.
