DUTIES OF THE VICE CHAIRPERSON OF THE LIBRARY FACULTY ASSEMBLY

The Vice Chairperson of the Library Faculty Assembly shall:

II. G.1. Serve on the Executive Committee of the LFA.

II. G.2. Serve in the absence of the Chairperson or the Secretary.

II. G.3. Assist the Chairperson with selecting and organizing the standing committees.

II. G.4. Prepare, maintain, and distribute the list of Library Committees.

II. G.5. Oversee the preparation of the annual reports of the LFA standing committees, including the notification of a specific date; the reports will be turned over to the Chairperson in order that they become a part of the LFA annual report.

II. G.7. Assist the Chair with the election of new officers.

II. G.8. Provide assistance, training, or support to the Secretary as needed.
