DUTIES OF THE PARLIAMENTARIAN OF THE LIBRARY FACULTY ASSEMBLY

The Parliamentarian of the Library Faculty Assembly, chosen during the first meeting of the Assembly, shall:

II. I.1. Bring to every meeting:

II. I.1.1. A copy of the Library Faculty By-Laws, Constitution, Manual and Standing Rules,

II. I.1.2. A copy of the University Faculty Constitution and Handbook.

II. I.1.3. A copy of Robert's Rules of Order. Newly Revised.

II. I.2. Determine what is printed in the above publications when appropriate to the topic before the Assembly.

II. I.3. Provide guidance on rules of order and shall be the final authority on same in accordance with Robert's.
