Election of Officers

• Maribeth Slebodnik was elected chair.
• Rolland McGiverin was elected secretary

Charges

· Chris Mehrens will send new charges to the committee at a later date.

· Reviewed Handbook charges to the committee

· PTOC

o Committee has finished changes to document and has sent it to LFA for consideration.

o Waiting for LFA response
