The Meeting was call to order at 11:00 a.m.

  1. TPAPR.
    1. Maribeth will contact Nursing to see how they handle faculty evaluations
    2. Anthony will Education to see how they handle faculty evaluations
    3. Rolland has talk to the Arts & Sciences for information about faculty evaluation.  Darlene Hantzis indicated that she did not have information that would directly help with the revision of the TPAPR.  She shared a copy of the IUPUI’s “Guidelines for Preparing and Reviewing Promotion and Tenure Dossiers.”
    4. Rolland has produced a list of e-mail addresses for the deans of the peer group institutions.
    5. Rolland will send the committee’s letter requesting information form the deans at the peer intuitions.

 

  1. Release Time document was revised.
