I. Call to Order and Approval of Agenda

Chair S. Arvin called the meeting to order at 10:04 a.m. 

II. New Business

A. Election of Vice Chair

Anthony Kaiser’s resignation as vice Chair created a vacancy in that position.  The Assembly elected Valentine Muyumba as Vice Chair by acclamation. 

III. Adjournment

A. S. Hardin moved, and G. Stachokas seconded, adjournment.  The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
