Reserves is a part of the Circulation Department and is located on the first floor of the Library. Reserve items are course related materials your instructor may put in this special status to supplement classroom instruction.

Items such as articles, handouts and test answers will be places on electronic reserve which you would access online once your instructor has given you the needed password. Print materials such as books, DVDs and videotapes placed on reserve by your instructor are available to check out from the circulation desk. You’ll need your Sycamore card, the name of the instructor and title or call number of the item when you come to the desk. These items usually check out for two hours at a time unless your instructor has specified a longer checkout period.
