Meeting called to order at 7.20 P.M. Master Blair in the chair
Roll of Officers was called.

Bro Debs was appointed Chaplain, Bro Southard V M. Bro Davis Treasurer and Bro Alex Mullen OG for the evening.
No 2 Minutes of previous meeting read and adopted No 3, 4, 5 closed No 6 Scott Smith charter member and John Bentz elected candidate were initiated with all due ceremony.
No 7 closed, No 8 Motion made and seconded that Floor Managers should wear Blue rosettes and Introductory committee Red rosettes, and also that every member should wear a red ribbon, bearing the stamp of a locomotive and the initials of the order B. L. F.
Motion put and carried. Bro Debs was appointed as a committee of one to procure the ribbons and rosettes. Nos 9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16 Meeting called to a close at 10.10 P. M.
