Members assembled at the usual hour but as there was not sufficient brothers present to constitute a quorum it was resolved to postpone the meeting until Sunday Oct 10th at 2 Oclock P. M. to meet in special session.
Members present were Brothers Kerlin - Alex Mullen - Wolf - Miller - Warren and Debs.
