Meeting opened by Bro A Mullen in chair. Officers for the evening were Bro A Mullen as Master - Bro N Brennan Vice - Bro Debs R S. Bro Bennet F. S - Bro Southard Ward - Bro Mc Gerr Condr - Bro Wolfe IG - Bro Beckwith OG. and Bro Baker as P. M. Meeting opened - moved and seconded to admit Bro Mc Gerr to new ritual before proceeding. Carried. He admitted. 1st Closed - 2d Minutes preceding meeting accepted. 3d Bro A Mullen reported in regard to Bro Bentz - 4th Closed - 5th Report by members present in regard to Mr Miller - He balloted for receiving 9 white balls and 1 black - 6th Closed - 7th Closed - 8th 9th 10th 11th 12th 13th Closed - 14th Bro Debs reported that Bro Shoemaker would do all in his power to gain a reconsideration vote, that he would abstain from drinking and act manly in every respect and also rectify the trouble in regard to the picture taken from Mr. Baurs. This was discussed by all present when it was moved and seconded that if Bro Shoemaker would live in accordance to his promise he should have a reconsideration vote the 1st regular meeting in May and if not his application will not be received. Carried. Report by Bro Debs in regard to the Bill of Mr Scudder amtg to $17.50 for deficiency on guarantee at the last ball. Moved and seconded that the bill not be allowed Carried. Moved and seconded to adjourn Carried.
