Members present were Brothers Ebbage Mullen Debs Wolfe Brennan and Bro Smith of No 22. The Roll of Officers & Members was called after which the preceding minutes were read and accepted. The following visiting committee was appointed.
Viz Bros Mancourt Ebbage & Mullen. Upon motion it was carried that the hall rent for last quarter be paid. Moved & seconded that all members in arrears for dues who had not adjusted such arrearages by April 1st be expelled.
Upon motion the lodge was closed in due form.
