Bro Smith in the Chair. The Roll of Officers and Members was called after which the minutes of the preceding metin [sic] were and adopted. Members present were Smith. Bennet. Rugan. Fox. Kadel. Daniels. Southard.
The good It was moved and second that Bro James Southard be elected as trustee in Mr. Sniders place for the rest of the terme. Bro Smith was elected as delegate to our next convention. Meeting closed at 9
25 P. M.
