Moved and seconded to admit Mr Withbeck before proceeding with the order of business. Carried. The gentleman was then balloted on and the result being favorable he was initiated to both degrees of the order. The minutes of preceding meeting were read & accepted. Moved and seconded that we send Bro Snabley the sum of $ 1400 in full of amt due him as sick benefits. Carried. A bill for $ 225 paid to support a visiting brother was allowed. On motion $ 600 were allowed Bro Smith as sick benefits. On Motion $ 500 were allowed to Bro Rugan for services for waiting on Bro Smith.

On motion the lodge was closed in due form.
