Terre Haute Ind. Sunday Dec. 28th 1879
The meeting was called to order at 3.30 o clock P.M.
Vice Master Mullen in the chair who presided throughout the meeting. On motion of Bro Saunders the application of Mr Thomas Grace for membership was received and immediately acted on and the candidate being present was admitted to both degrees of the order. The order of business was then resumed and the preceding minutes were read and approved. The Committee on the investigation of Henry Sachs, an applicant for membershp, reported favorably and on motion, the applicant was balloted on. The ballot being favorable the applicant was declared elected.
Barr an expelled member applied to be reinstated. A committee consisting of Bros. Rugan Saunders and Fox was appointed to examine into the matter and proceed according to the Constitution and By Laws.
A bill of $100
for expenses of Bro S. M. Stevens while visiting in the city was read and allowed.
On motion the lodge was then closed in due form
