Worthy Master Ebbage in the chair and the following members present, Viz: Bros Ebbage, Mullen, Debs, Rugan, Bennett, Wolfe, Fox, Dodson, Southard, Hunt, James Smith also Bro. Brand of No 14.
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
On motion Bro. McVick was allowed $11.80 as sick benefits.
Bro John Clarey was also allowed $3082 for benefits during his sickness and inability to work.
A bill of $600 for hall rent to Jan 1/80 was read & allowed.
The Committee on Ball reported a net gain of $6695 on the 5th Annual Ball. The report was received and the committee discharged.
On motion of Bro. Debs a committee of three consisting of Bros. Debs Dodson & James Smith was appointed to see all members in arrears for dues and inform them that unless their dues were paid by the next meeting they would be expelled.
The meeting was the adjourned.
