The meeting was called to order at 3 oclock P.M.
Vice Master Mullen in the chair who presided throughout the meeting. On motion Brother John Mc
Garrahan withdrawn from No
13, was admitted to the lodge by depositing his card. The committee on the investigation of Mr Bundy asked for and was granted further time in which to report. A communication form Bro. A Simmons who asked further time in whih to pay his dues, was read. The brother being in poor circumstances the petition was granted.
It was moved and seconded that a special committee of three be appointed to confer with the various members who fail to attend meetings and who are in arrears in their dues and inform them that unless some action is taken on their part they will be expelled.
The motion was carried and Bros Mc
Garrahan, Rugan & James Smith were appointed as such a committee.
The lodge was then closed in due form.
