Terre Haute Ind. Sunday August 29th 1880
The lodge met in special session.
Worthy Master Southard in the chair.
The following members were present, Viz:
Southard, James Smith, Debs, Haggart, Mc
Garrahan, Baugh, Flaherty, Rugan, E.M. Sherbourne, Romans & Fry.
The committees on petition of Messrs Barrett and Rugan reported that Mr. Barr had paid the requisite amount and that Mr. Barrett had paid part of his arrearage with the assurance that he would pay the remainder in a few days.
On motion Messrs Barr and Barrett were reinstated as members in good standing.
Mr. Albert C. Hunt applied for membership.
On motion the rules were suspended and the lodge met in a committee of the whole. There being no objection the candidate was balloted on and duly elected. He was then admitted to both degrees of the Order. T. C. Hollendride's bill of $1.00
for repairing seal was allowed.
The meeting then adjourned.
