Terre Haute Ind. Sunday June 19/81
The lodge was called to order at the usual hour. Worthy Master Southard occupied the chair. The rules were suspended and the applications of Arch Shoemaker, Edward Bundy and James Everly were read. The Lodge went into a committee of the whole on the applications of the former two & balloted for the same. The ballot being clear the candidates were declared elected. A committee consisting of Brothers C. Flaherty A. Gurney and T. Monehan was appointed to investigate the standing of Mr. Everly. The committee on the application of Mr. Brokaw reported favorably and the candidate was balloted for and elected.
Messrs. Brokaw, Ed. Bundy and Shoemaker were then admitted to full membership in the Order.
A circular containing the issue of death claims of June viz: Nos
34 35 & 36 was read and they were ordered paid on a basis of $1800
A bill of $1020
for a chart for Mr. Mc
Keen was also read and allowed.
A committee consisting (of Brothers) of Brothers James Smith, Debs, Flaherty, Stevens & Bennett was appointed with power to act in the matter of a picnic to be given by the Lodge.
The meeting then adjourned.
