Terre Haute Ind. Sunday July 10th 1881
The meeting was called to order at 3.30 OClock P.M. Worthy Master Southard in the chair. The lodge being opened in due form the minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
The committee on the applications of James H. Reese - Fred Wood - John E. Cromwell - E. A. Stephens and J. D. Early reported favorably. The reports were accepted - the Committee discharged and the applicants balloted for and duly elected.
The applications of Clel Vick and George Bairsdorf were withdrawn owing to the youth of the applicants. Aaron E. Marshall applied for membership and Brothers Raidy - E. M. Sherburne & Frank Smith were appointed as a Committee to investigate the character of the applicant.
On motion of Brother Smith Brother Southard was allowed sick benefits to the amount of $5

o 37 - 38 & 39 were ordered paid on a basis of $18
00 each.
The meeting then adjourned.
