The Lodge met in regular session.
Worthy Master Fox occupied the chair.
The meeting being opened in due form the roll of officer was called after which the minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.

Report of Officers
The financier submitted his quarterly report for the quarter sending December 31
st 1881 but as the said report was not certified to by the three Trustees it was referred to the said Trustees for approval and to be reported back at the following regular meeting.
The chair declared the following members expelled for non-payment of dues:

A By Law was introduced making the dues of the Lodge 50 cents per month per member for the year ending December 31
st 1882

A By Law was also introduced setting the regular meetings at the 2
d & 4
th Sundays in each month and calling the same to order at 2 OClock P.M. sharp.
The foregoing By Laws were laid over for action until the following regular meeting.

David De Wolf applied for a final withdrawal card -- he being engaged in the sale of intoxicating liquor. The withdrawal card was granted.
