The foregoing propositions were referred to a Committee consisting of Brothers Chas. Scott, Robert Ebbage and James Smith for investigation.

Reports of Officers
The Financier submitted his quarterly report of receipts and disbursements for the quarter ending October 31
st 1882, showing a balance on hand of $237.

The report was endorsed by the three Trustees and was appointed by a unanimous vote of the Lodge.

Miscellaneous
O. E. Fox and James Smith preferred charges against F. H. Mullen for having been drunk on the 4
th day of November
The charges were referred to a Committee consisting of Brothers Ebbage, Van Cleve, W
m E. Davis, J. F. O'Reilly and Chas. Scott for investigation.
"
The Committee to whom had been referred the charges against Brother Harry Baugh for having been drunk reported having tried the case and the charges were sustained.
The Committee recommended that suspension of the accused for the space of sixty days from date.
The report was concurred in and the Committee discharged.

The Committee to whom had been referred the matter of securing a new hall reported that the new hall of the G. A. R. on the Cor. of 6
th and Ohio streets could be secured the 2
d and 4
th Sundays of each month for $25.
00 per year.
On motion the Trustees were directed to make arrangements to secure the said hall.
