The Lodge met in regular session, with worthy Master Fox in the chair.
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.

Reports of Committees
The Committee in the matter of the change against Bro. W
m Dodson for drunkenness reported that the charge had been sustained & recommended his suspension for thirty days. The report was concurred in and the Committee discharged.

The Committee in the matter of the charge against H. T. Davis for exposing the secret work of the Order, submitted a report of not guilty and recommended the acquittal of the accused. The report was concurred in and the Committee discharged.
"
Admission of Candidates
Mr. James OBrien an elected candidate was admitted to full membership in the Order.
"
Bills for Allowance
A bill of Bro. James Smith of Vigo Lodge in the sum of $6
20 for visiting Bro. M. Cadle at Decatur, Ill. was allowed also a bill in favor of E. D. Harry in the sum of $17.
00 for a wardrobe.

Expulsions
Bros. F. H. Mullen and D. F. O'Connell were declared expelled for non-payments of dues.

Withdrawal Cards
A. C. Simmons was granted a withdrawal card to join N

The following by-laws were adopted: --
That the dues of this Lodge for the year ending Dec. 31
st 1883 be $3.
00 per year. That the same be made payable quarterly.
"
The dues and assessments 15 & 16 of Bros. Ebbage and Cadle were allowed on account of sickness.
