The lodge met in regular session with Worthy Master Fox in the chair. The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
The Committee to whom had been referred the applications of C. A. Lewis, E. B. Glenn and E. E. Hill for membership and F. Withbeck for reinstatement reported favorably on each and all such applications. The reports were received and placed in a file.

Balloting for Candidates
C. A. Lewis, E. B. Glenn and E. E. Hill were balloted for and elected to become members of the Order.
F. Withbeck was balloted in, for reinstatement and rejected.

Communications
Bro. Jas. Smith preferred charges against Bro. Ed. Rugen for defrauding him of $3.
50 for which amount he had sold him an overcoat.
The charges were referred to a Committee consisting of Bros. E. V. Debs, Ebbage, Lantz, Jas Dodson & Bennett for investigation.

A bill of $6.
25 for hall rent for the Qr ending Mch. 31
st was read & allowed. The Financier was also directed to refund $4.
00 to F. Withbeck a rejected applicant for reinstatement .

Miscellaneous
Assessments 21& 22 of J. Brannin, R. Ebbage & P. Cronin were ordered paid from the Treasury.
