The Lodge met in Regular session Worthy Master E.V. Debs in the chair. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved
Admission of Candidates
William Sherburne an Elected candidate was Admitted to full membership
Proposition for Membership
*The following propositions for membership were read Ed Donnelly Samuel Jessie and S. J. Wells
Recommended by Bros. J. D. White & Chas Bennett
The propositions were refered [sic] to Bros. Will Larr Bro Bundy & Bro Crookshank
unfinished business
On motion the committee appointed for to investigate Mallory's bill for coal against Bro Ed Rugan be extended for 30 days
On motion that the Secy be instructed to notify Bro Ed Rugan under seal of the lodge that he must pay this bill of L Mallory by next pay date or be expelled
On motion the financial Secy be allowed $125 for postage stamps
On motion the magazine bill of last year be paid and an order drawn on the treasury for that amount $4200
Requisition for stationary for financier was Refered to the Trustees with power to act

Moved & seconded that the financier be allowed $5000 Dues and Assessment per year for salary The motion was lost

Moved seconded and carried for the Recording Secretary be allowed his dues and assessments as his salary per year commencing this fiscal year

Moved seconded and carried that the financier receive $35 00 per year with dues and assessments ^included for his salary for this fiscal year

Brothers Horace Wood & McNutt were allowed Traveling cards
