Proposition for Membership
The following propositions for membership were read Ed Mumper recommended by Bro. J. W. Geary and H. Sibley recommended by Bro. James Smith
The foregoing propositions were refered [sic] to a committee consisting of F. Crookshank A Larr and Bro Sacks
Reports of Committees
The committee to whom was Refered [sic] the application of S. J. Mills [sic] Samuel Jessie and Ed Donnelly Reported [sic] favorable and in motion the report was concurred in
Balloting for Candidates
S. J. Wills [sic] Samuel Jessie and Ed Donnelly were balloted for and was duly Elected a member of the Vigo Lodge N
