The Lodge opened in Regular session Worthy Master E. V. Debs in the chair the minutes of previous were read and approved
Propositions
The name of H W Smith was proposed for Reinstatement and on motion the Reinstatement was placed at five dollars and also the names of C M
cBrick and W H Crise for membership upon which the following committee was appointed for the three applications Robt Ebbage Chas Bennett & C M Hoade
Reports of Committees
The committee to whom was refered [sic] the application of William House & A. E. Schrader and on motion the report was concurred in
The committee on Hall & Ball made a partial Report and on motion the Report was Refered [sic] until they could make a final Report [sic]
Admission of Candidates
Mr Frank Fay and A. E. Schrader were admitted to full member in our order and also a member of

Communications
A communication from Eureka Lodge N
o14 at Indianapolis Ind asking the members of Vigo Lodge N
o16 to attend their Annual Ball to be held at Lyra Hall Wednesday Eve Jan 23/84 and on motion the secretary was instructed to return the member of Lodge No 14 their thanks for their kindness in remembering us as a Lodge.
A communication from W T Davis was Read on motion the lodge voted on the expulsion suspension or regection [sic] of W T Davis the result was as follows. Expulsion 18. Suspension 2. W T Davis was declared expeled [sic], and also the following members M. C. Armour Harvey Brunk, W

Grand Master Arnold being present was called on by the Worthy Master who presented him to the Lodge. Worth [sic] Grand Master Arnold made a little speach [sic] in which he said that it gave him great pleasure to be among us & also told us the necessity of being prompt in our duties toward the order his remarks were well received & appreciated There being no further business the Lodge closed in due form
