The Lodge opened in due form and Regular session Worthy Master E. V. Debs in the chair
The minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved.
Propositions
The names of Chas P Manicourt & Wm. F. Dennis for membership and also Frank Baker Ed Thaw Harvey Brunk M.C. Armour and C.S. Lewis for Reinstatement The master appointed the following committees on the applications Robt Ebbage Bro Sacks and Bo White

Reports of Committees
The committee to whom was Refered [sic] the application of C McBrick H.W. Smith & W. H. Crise reported favorable and on motion the Report was concurred in The ballot being spread the candidates were duly Elected.

Admission of Candidates
Wm House was admitted to full membership in our order and also a member of this Lodge

Bills
Bro Ebbage as trustee Reported that the salary Financier was due and he Requested that an order be drawn on the Treasurer for the amount of $900 for said salary the bill was allowed
A bill of two & sixt dollars and sixty cents for frame for charter which was allowed
Expulsions
Joseph Copely was expe declared expelled as a member of Vigo Lodge and the B of L F
        Receipts of the meeting ten dollars
There being no further business the lodge closed in due form.

Moved seconded and carried that ten dollars be placed to the credit of Bro Kadel to pay dues and assessment and the financier was instructed to make the proper distribution be made of said money a committee of thre [sic] was appointed to investigate whether Bro Liley was drunk when he asked to be carried over the Chicago Road. {Committee White Stewart & Ebbage
