The Lodge opened in Regular session Worthy Master E. V. Debs in the chair The secretary not being present at the opening of the Lodge. The minutes were dispensed with
Application for Membership
The following persons made application for membership. Clay Davidson Robt Parker E. J. Tritt Henry Bairsdoff S. J. Hardin Charles Ring Harry Sibley and Wm Dodson for Reinstatement and the applications were Refered [sic] to the committee Henry Lahey James Smith & Gill Filbrick
Balloting for Candidates
J. E. Kirby was balloted for and declared duly elected and was initiated as a member of Vigo Lodge No16
Bills
The following bills were allowed
Chas Bennett quarter salary        $800
Grand Lodge for Red Book          ¢50
Moore & Langen                        ¢50
The trustees asked for an appropriation for hall rent which was granted
Election of Officers
Worthy Master E. V. Debs was Reelected as Master by Acclamation Henry Lahey & Bro Glenn were placed in nomination for Vice Master. Henry Lahey having Received a majority of all the votes cast he was declared Elected. John F. O'Reilly Reelected Secretary by acclamation. Chas Bennett was Reelected Financier by acclamation The following Board of Trustees were Elected by acclamation Robt Ebbage Chas Scott and Ed Miller The following officers wer [sic] appointed by the Master.
Warden H. Sacks, Conductor M. E. Glen Inner Gerard Paul Stewart Outer Gerard Michael Horan Chaplin James Dodson. O. E. Fox was Elected Delegate to the Convention at Toronto unanimously and Ed Miller as Alternate
New Business
On motion Bro R. Nicholson & Frank Nicholson and Bro Kadel be allowed their Grand Dues On motion a committee of two were appointed to secure the picture of our late Bro Thos Grace and have it suitably framed the committee were as follows, Robt Ebbage & Ed Miller
The Report of the Committee on Resolutions of Condolence of Bro Grace were unanimously adopted Bros Krapf of DW 111 Bro Dennis of 160 & also Bro McGriff of 160 being present Responded to the calls by a few well timed Remarks Receipts of meeting $1500 There being no further business the Lodge closed in due form
