Worthy Past Master .O .E Fox in the chair The minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved

Applications for membership
The name of Edward Mumber was presented by Bro Bennett for Reinstatement The following committee was appointed to investigate Jas Smith Bro Harden Jas Dodson

Reports of Committees
The committee to whom was Refered [sic] the application of E J Edwards reported favorable and the ballot being spread he was declared Elected

Bills all
A bill for 500 asst Receipts amounting to $150 was Refered [sic] back to Trustees
        The committee to whom was Refered [sic] the matter of celebrating the anniversary of our lodge Reported unfavorable in the matter and asked that their Report be concurred which was concurred in unanimously
There being no further business the lodge closed in due form
