This being the second Regular Meeting in the month The Lodge was called to order by Brother
O E Fox E. V. Debs The minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved
Proposition for Membership
Reports of Committees
The committee to whom was Refered [sic] the application of Frank Parish Reported favorable and also Leroy Kilmer for Reinstatement
Balloting for Candidates
The ballot being spread Frank Parish was declared a member of Vigo Lodge N
o16 The ballot also being spread for the Reinstatement of Leroy Kilmer he was declared Elected and Reinstated
Bills allowed
Bill of $39
00 was allowed J H Gibson for services as nurse for Bro James Bennett for 26 Nights at 1
50 per night also Bill of 12
50 for quarters salary Ending April 30/85 also Bill $1
50 for Due Receipts The lodge ordered warrants to be drawn for their payment
New business in the case of Brother Gorm Smith being very destitute and on motion the lodge donated $20
00 for his Relief
M J Cunningham was granted a withdrawl [sic] Card to join lodge 44. The secretary was instructed to fill out the card
Receipts none
On motion the assessment of Bro B. Mullen be allowed for April also Bro Gorm Smith
There being no further business the Lodge closed in due form
