The lodge met in Regular Session Worthy Master O E Raidy in the chair The minutes of the previous meeting were Read and Approved

Propositions for Membership
The applications of Phil Grun and was Refered [sic] to the following Committee were appointed Taylor All Hunt & Will Dodson

Admission of Candidates
Ed Cain being in waiting he was duly initiated a member of Vigo lodge N^o16 and the B of L F

Communication
A communication was Read from Bro H L Jones in Decatur Bro Jones asked to be instructed in the Secret Work. The communication was Refered [sic] to the Master On motion
One dollar & fifty cents Due from financier to Ed Rugan was applied on his Magazine Debt On motion that all members owing for the Magazine will have to pay within 30 day on motion by It was ordered that an order be drawn on Financier for all indebtedness due from Vigo lodge to the Grand lodge
Receipts of Meeting $5⁰⁰ The Ritual was Read by the Master in the chair on motion we adjourn to meet 2 Monday at 7³⁰ PM. Carried as an adjourned meeting

A Statement was made by Bro Debs in Regard to Bro Gorm Smith it was Suggested by Bro Debs that he be allowed $20⁰⁰ per month and that Bro Gorm Smith will sign an order for the Money Paid him will be Returned to Vigo lodge On motion the Relief Committee was instructed to procure the Services of Two Competent Phisicians [sic] to Examine Bro Gorm Smith in Regard to his total disability the motion Prevailed
The lodge closed in Regular form
