The lodge met in Regular Session Bro O E Fox in the chair the minutes of two proceedings were Read and approved
Propositions
The Proposition of Arch Shewmaker was Read and Refered [sic] to the following Committee Gross Taylor Tate
Reports of Committees
The committee to whom was Refered [sic] the application of Robert Miller Phil Grun and Elmer Dearman for Reinstatement
Election of Members
Elmer Dearman was ballotted [sic] for and he was declared Elected
Admission of Candidates
Arthur Miller being in waiting in the Ante Room he was duly Initiated a Member if Vigo Lodge N

Communication
A Postal Card was Read from Leroy Kilmer stating that he wanted the lodge to Remit and pay his grand dues and on motion the Financier was instructed to keep him in good standing till October when Kilmer would pay it back
