The lodge opened in Regular Session Worthy Master O E Raidy in the chair The minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved

Reports of Committees
The Committee to whom was Refered [sic] the charges prevered [sic] by J F O'Reilly against Bro Jas Smith be Report as follows To the officers and members of Vigo Lodge No 16
We the undersigned Committee Examining the Case against Bro Jas Smith as prevered [sic] by Bro J F O'Reilly find the charges to be Sustained and further that Bro Jas Smith admits the charges to be as stated

The Report was concurred in and Jas Smith was declared expelled {Bills for allowance}
Vigo lodge N^o16 B of L. F. to Chas Bennett for services as financier for quarter Ending Nov 1^st $12⁵⁰/100

Delinquent Members
Bros Frank Bro Kane and Ed Mumpher were expelled

New Business
The case of Bro Miller was granted 2⁰⁰ to Pay back assessments he was also admitted to the Lodge
Bro Jas White was allowed a limited withdrawl card to join No 14 Bro Ring was allowed $2⁰⁰ as a loan to pay his assessments. Bro Fox asked for the dicussion [sic] of the committee be defered [sic] for 2 weeks. but as the Report of the com was Received & the chair had declared J Smith Expelled he also Declared the motion out of order There being no further business the lodge in closed in Regular form
