o16 Worthy Master O E Fox in the chair the minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved
Report of Committee
The committee in the Dearman Case Reported that the case was set for trial and He failed to make his appearance he was declared Expelled for Contempt Sec 4 Art 8
Reports of Committee by the Master
The committee to whom was Refered [sic] the application of James Dyal Reported favorable and on motion the Report was concurred in
Balloting for Candidates
The ballot being spread for James Dyal he was declared Regected [sic]
Communication
A communication was Read from grievances presented by the Engineer of the Vandalia line in which all the grievances were amicably settled
And on motion the Communication was Received and placed on file and that the secretary be instructed to notify the that Vigo lodge Return their thanks to the committee of Divs 25 & 121 of B of L E for their action

Henry Stokesman being in waiting in the Anteroom he was duly Initiated a member of Vigo lodge N
