m H Crise The wer [sic] Refered [sic] to the following committee Bro Frank Arnold Jim Smith and Bro Frank Smith
Communication & Bills
Bill of Jim Smith to one quarter Janitor fee Ending June 30/86 amount $12
50 which was allowed and ordered Paid
Financier Report of delinquent members
Bros Thos Monahan was Reported delinquent and on motion we donate $2
00 as a loan to pay his assessments Bro Emil Schrader was also Reported delinquent and on motion he was also donated as a loan $1
00 until next meeting. Bro Godfrey was also allowed his dues and assessments amount $2
00
Miscellaneous Business
It was moved and Seconded that the grand dues of the members in good Standing at the time the grand dues are due be taken out of the Treasury The motion was declared carried unanimously
Bro R Ebbage case was brought up and the Sense of the lodge that he be carried on and on motion the secy was instructed to write Bro Ebbage the same
Bro All Bue was granted a final withdrawl [sic] Card
