This being a Regular meeting of Vigo lodge No16 Bro Frank Gross was called to the chair the minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved

Propositions
The names of Geo Smith and Henry Barnett were proposed for membership and Refered [sic] to the following committee Crookshank Green & House
Reports of Committees
The Committee in Regard to Eureka lodge No 14 as only one of the committee being present asked for further time the committee to whom was Refered [sic] the charges against James Smith Reported as follows Terre Haute Ind Aug 23/86 To the officers and members of Vigo lodge No16 Gentlemen and Brothers your committee appointed to investigate the charges made against Bro James Smith of this lodge beg leave to submit the following Report We find that the provisions of Sec 1 of Art 8 of the constitution Relating to trials has been Entirely disregarded in the charges made against said Brother therefore no Evidence could be taken in the case Respectfully Submitted Signed S M Stevens Henry Stokesman & Crookshank. On motion of Bro O E Fox The Report of the Committee was laid on the table The Report of the committee on the application of James Marnan was Read and concurred in and the committee discharged

The Report of the Committee on the Reinstatement of Thos Monnahan was Read and approved and the Committee discharged The Ballots being spread James Marnan and Thos Monnahan were declared Elected members of Vigo lodge No16 of B of L. F.

Brothers Godfrey & Gibson asked for a loan of $100 which was granted Bro D Miller was declared Expelled for nonpayment of Dues
