The Ballot being spread for James Green He was declared duly Elected

Nelson Ensey being in Waiting in the Ante Room he was duly Initiated a member of Vigo lodge N

The invitation from Tippecanoe lodge was Received to attend a Ball given at Lafayette
The Resignation of Henry Sacks as Magazine Agent the Report was Received and Resignation accepted

80 was allowed for loosing [sic] a Round trip on his Engine in attending the grievance committee

Election of Officers
There being a vacancy in the office of Magazine Agent the nominees were Bros Ed Bundy and bros Ras Miller Bro Ed Bundy having Received a majority of all the votes cast he was declared Elected Magazine Agent
