The application of Clayborne Davidson was Read and Refered [sic] to the following committee

and also Adolples Heusts for membership The same com
Reports of Committees
The Committee to whom was Refered [sic] the application of Le Grand Miller Reported favorable also James Jones Reported favorable the Reports was concurred in and Committee discharged
Balloting for Candidates
The ballot being spread
Clayborne Davidson Le Grand Miller was declared Elected also James Jones was declared Elected
Admission of Candidates
C. H. Cassell being in waiting in the AnteRoom he was duly initiated a Member of Vigo lodge N
o16 of the B of. L. F.
Reports of Miscelaneous [sic] Committees
The Collector notified the lodge that he appointed W
m Crise Effingham The Committee on salaries were granted further time. The Collector also appointed Will Larr at Brazil as assistant collector which were approved
Applications for withdrawl [sic] card
Bro Albert Hunt was grante [sic] a final withdrawl [sic] card dating March 1
st also a limited withdrawl [sic] card for B Miller to take Effect March 1
st as not granted till they pay their last assessment

Bill of Moore & Langen for 500 Envelopes and 500 Note Heads Total amount $4
00 also 50¢ for Postage Stamps was allowed Collector
The Collector made a statement in Regard to delinquencies was left to the master with power to act
