The lodge met in Regular Session Worthy Master E. V. Debs in the Chair The minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved

Asessments [sic] Notice from G lodg [sic]
Assesmend [sic] No 9 was Read and the amounf of the [lery] is $100 on Claim 82 Said assessment to be paid on or before July 25/87 Aug 25/87

Bills
Bills of Chas A Bennett for services the amount Due 1400 also Bill of John F O'Reilly for Services as Secretary the amount due $300 The Secy was ordered to draw an order for the same

Milt lance was declared suspended for nonpayment of Dues
On motion the Beneficial Association Matter of adopting the Constitution be laid ove [sic] till next meetin [sic] carried
The master reported the following staff
Warden, C H Ring     Inner Guard Jim Smith
Conductor, Ed Shea     Outer Guard, H Stakeman
Chaplain, Frank Crookshank   Magazine Agent E C Bundy

Installation of Officer
The following officers were duly Installed by Past Master O. E. Fox Master Eugene V Debs Vice Master Homer Davis Secretary John F. O'Reilly Collector Frank Smith also their Staff Officers board of Adjustment & trustees and Delegate

The Collectors Report was Read and place on file He also Reported that he appointed Wm H Crise as Deputy Collector

Bro White from Eureka lodge No 14 being present made some fine Remarks in Regard to the B of L F His Remarks were well Received Bro White was one of the charter members of Vigo lodge No16

There being a deficiency in the magazine that was not paid on motion the Collector was instructed to Pay the Grand lodge for the magazine the amount due and the Received give those parties 30 days time to pay in

There being no further business the lodge closed in Regular form
