Reference Department Services
Reference
The Reference Department is responsive to the information and
instructional needs of the ISU community. It provides assistance to patrons
(both students and faculty) as they use library materials in pursuit of research
and curriculum related information needs.
The Reference Desk, located on the first floor of the library, is staffed at all times when the library is open.
Please check the
hours on the web or call (812) 237-2375.
Reference assistance is also available in the following ways:
- By telephone at: (812) 237-2580, or for the deaf or hearing impaired: TDD: (812) 237-4450
- Via e-mail using our Ask a Librarian Service. You can expect to receive a response within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Through our chat service during library hours using Reference Live!
Distance Education Library Services
