University Archives welcomes the donation of personal items that describe the history of the Indiana State University community. These items can include photographs, scrapbooks, unpublished articles, university publications, etc.
Student led organizations and Greek societies are welcomed to deposit their organization's records with Archives. Organizational records such as meeting minutes, event announcements/invitations, photographs, etc. are especially desired to document your group's activities on campus.
Donated collections will be made available to the public for research purposes or as part of special exhibits.
To donate your collection, it will be necessary to complete a deed of gift indicating your intention to transfer ownership of the materials to Archives.
