Scope and Contents note
The Union Board Records consists of a series of program files. This collection also contains records from activities as well as a series of slides and photographs. The union board records contain information from a series of administration files as well. Finally, this collection houses records from meeting minutes.
The series of program files contains fliers for an array of activities both on and off of campus. There is also a collection of documents that contain information about activities that were typically sponsored by or put on by the union board. These activities were for students as well as the general public. Some activities included concerts, poetry readings, live music, and socials. Also found in the union board records is a series on school dances.
There are also administrative files that include memorandums, correspondence, policy information, and minor budgeting information.
The minutes series contains meeting minutes and notes held by the Union Board.
Contained within the multicultural series are documents and ideas for activities that promote multicultural awareness as well as creating a common ground for those from different backgrounds to come together and learn about other cultures.
Finally, there is a collection of slides and photographs of staff and students at sponsored events and social gatherings.
