The Lodge met in regular session.
Worthy Master Fox occupied the chair. The roll of officers was called after which the minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
Brother E. V. Debs submitted charges against Brother Alonzo Hunt for having been drunk and disorderly in the City of Terre Haute on Monday June 26th .
The charges were referred to a Committee consisting of Brother Charles Bennett, James Smith, Robert Ebbage, Fred Mullen and Wm Davis for investigation.
Suspensions & Reinstatements
The following members were declared suspended for non-payment of assessments :
Brothers Harry Baugh, M. P. Lantz and A. Simmons.
The following members were declared suspended for non-payment of dues :
Harry Baugh, A. Simmons and D. OConnell.
J. Mc Garrahan was declared reinstated having paid up his dues.
Good of the Order
On motion, Brother E. V. Debs was appointed as a Committee of one to wait on Brother A. J. Mullen , Chairman of the Exclusive Committee of the Ninth Annual Convention and instruct him to take immediate action in the matter of making arrangements for the said Convention.
