The lodge met in Regular Session Worthy Master O E Fox in the chair The minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved

Proposition for Membership

Reports of Committees

The committee to whom was Refered [sic] the application of Geo W Cotton reported favorable The Report was concurred in

Balloting for Candidates

The Ballott [sic] being spread for Geo W Cotton he was declared Elected a member of Vigo lodge No16. of the B of L F.

Communications

Communications from Bros Simon Harding and J. T. Ward Bro Ward asked for an order for the New Work which was not granted on account of his being delinquent
Bro B Mullen was declared Expelled for nonpayment of dues. On Motion Bro Lance be held in good standing untill [sic] next month that is he is to be kept within the bounds and on motion Bro Harding was allowed his dues and assessments that is to be kept within the bounds the Secy was allowed a traveling Card there being no further business the lodge closed in due form Bro McCarthy from lodge 63 was present and made a
