The lodge met in Regular session Vice Master Davis in the chair The minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved

Propositions

The name of J Wesley Warren was proposed for Membership by Bro Bundy the application was Refered [sic] to the following Committee Bros Lick Wolfenberg Guerney also Bert Miller for Reinstatement Recommended by Chas Bennett Refered [sic] to same committee. on the application of James Green the committee was granted further time

Communications

A communication from the Vandalia Yard Engineers in Regard to wages was Read and Received and Refered [sic] to the grievance committee

Reports of Committees

The com on A C Simmons Reported favorable the Report was concurred in The Ballot being spread He was duly declared for Reinstatement

Bills

The Bill of the T. H. Gas light Company to the amount $247/100 was allowed also Bill of Moore & Langen for 250 Envelopes at $150 was allowed also the Bill for Hall Rent to Oct 1st 1886 the amount being $3125 which was allowed

Admission of Candidates

Henry Barnett being in waiting in the AnteRoom He was duly initiated a member of Vigo lodge No16 B of.   L. F.

New Business

Many members spoke in favorable of giving a fair or Ball shortly nothing define was done
