Phrase Searching: A Note of Caution

It's important to remember that if you enter two or more words without using AND, OR or NOT, the system will search for that exact phrase only.

In the example below, searching for "india poverty" will not retrieve all articles that explore the subject of poverty in India. Instead you will get few, if any, hits that happen to show those two words side-by-side, and in that order. The appropriate search to find articles on poverty in India would be "india AND poverty".
