Feb. 11: inaugural three-minute thesis competition (3MT)

The College of Graduate and Professional Studies, the Center for Student Research and Creativity, and the Terre Haute Tribune-Star are sponsoring ISU’s inaugural three-minute thesis competition (3MT).

Graduate students present their dissertation/thesis research with a single slide and have only three minutes to do it.

The competition will be held in the public events area of the Cunningham Memorial Library Feb. 11 at 7 p.m.

The winner will receive $500 and represent ISU at the regional competition in Chicago April 6-8, 2016.

Come out and support these students as they do the academic challenge of a lifetime: be brief, on point, and brilliant.
