The Meeting was call to order at 11:00 a.m.

 

  1. Minutes for 01/05/06

  1. TPAPR.
    1. Maribeth has requested suggestions from the Library faculty and Personnel Committee.
    2. Maribeth will contact Nursing to see how they handle faculty evaluations
    3. Anthony will Education to see how they handle faculty evaluations
    4. Rolland will talk to the Arts & Sciences for information about faculty evaluation.
    5. Rolland has contacted the Office of Research to get the list of universities that ISU compares itself with.

                                                    i.     Rolland will use the list to get names and email addresses for the deans/directors of the peer group institutions.

                                                   ii.     Maribeth will draft a letter to the deans/directors requesting information about library faculty evaluations at their intuition. 

 

  1. The Committee revised the following;
    1. Constitution
    2. Standing Rules
    3. Personnel Committee

                                                    i.     Promotions, Tenure, and Leave Committee

                                                   ii.     Performance-Based Salary Adjustment Review Committee

  1. Release Time will be revised at the next meeting.
