The Lodge met in regular session with worthy Master Fox in the chair.
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.

The foregoing applications were referred to a Committee consisting of Bros. Harrington Ebbage and Leake for investigation.

m H. Woods were admitted to full membership in the Order.

Communications
A communication was received from Bro. Krauss stating that he was sick and unable to pay his assessment. On motion his assessment for January was ordered paid by the Lodge.

Unfinished Business
The propositions of Frank Baher and W
m M
c Cutchen were declared forfeited as the 60 days allowed by the Constitution had expired.
"
The Financier reported the sickness of Bro. Wood Helms. On motion his assessment for January and thre months dues were ordered paid by the Lodge.
"
Brother Ebbage acknowledged the donation of the Lodge and in very touching words thanked the members for their kindness to him.
"
The meeting then adjourned.
