o16 The lodge was called to order by Worthy Master O E Fox in the chair The Minutes of the previous Meeting were Read and approved
Propositions for Membership
The application of
F W [illegible] and for membership and W A Payne & Robert Montgomery for Reinstatement
Communications
A communication from Beacon Lodge N
o 111 of Mattoon and on motion the communication was Received and the secretary was ordered to write them the dicussion [sic] of the lodge also a letter from Bro P Kellog was allowed his dues till heard from [also] assessments
Reports of Committee
The Committe [sic] to whom was Refered [sic] the applications of F W Summers Reported favorable the Report was concurred in
Ballotting [sic] for Members
The Ballott [sic] being being [sic] spread for
G F W Summers he was declared Elected
Bills
The following Bills were allowed. $2
25 for 1000 Receipts to the Janitor 30¢ for Sundries $6
40 for insurance on furniture Salary for financier for the yr Ending Feb 1
st 86, $6
00 for Salary for Secretary for 6 months
Brother Ebbage being present addressed the lodge in his usual grand old Style of Encouragement to the B of L F in their noble work his Remarks were well Received
Bro Daniels Received an order for the Secret Work
There being no further business the lodge closed in Regular Manner
